Apostolic Board

	A registered nurse and teacher by profession, Phyllis Callahan serves as Secretary for MMFI. She holds an earned Doctor of Ministry degree from Christian Life School of Theology, and served on the pastoral staff of Maranatha Christian Church from 2000-2009. She also served in a leadership role for New England 's Women of the Word conferences for several years, and served as the Academic Dean for the Williston campus of Christian Life School of Theology since its inception at the Williston campus in 2001. As of June 2009, she began serving in the market place as an instructor at High-Tech Institute in Orlando, Florida. Phyllis travels both internationally and domestically ministering with her husband, Bishop Rick Callahan, as a conference speaker and Bible teacher.

	Tony Longe and his wife Connie pastor Hunger Mountain Christian Assembly in Waterbury Center, Vermont. They have been called as a father and mother to the Body of Christ and minister to pastors and their wives in Vermont and New England . They minister internationally and Tony is a member of the International Coalition of Apostles. Their extensive network of relationships throughout New England is a wonderful asset to MMFI.

	Frank and Vicki MacCracken pastor Word of Faith Christian Family Center in Maryland, New York. They have three children, two grandchildren with another on the way. Word of Faith is a generational church started by Frank's dad in 1983, and then turned over to Frank and Vicki in 1995. Our passion is to glorify Jesus Christ and to establish His kingdom in the lives of people through healing, training, and equipping for our region as well as the nations.

	(1953- 2011) Pastor Marcel Gagnon our dear friend in fellowship and ministry went home to his heavenly reward on October 6th, 2011. Pastor Marcel and his wife Rebecca served the Kingdom of God successfully for many years. Sr.Pastors of La Chapelle Church in Canada for over 30 fruitful years and touched the Nations for Christ. We in MMFI miss our friend and hold him in honor and memory as he served our MMFI family as one of its apostolic board members. We love you Pastor Marcel and look forward to meeting with you again on the other side. Thank you Pastor Marcel & Rebecca Gagnon for your faithful service in the Kingdom of God. Your MMFI Family!

	MMFI Vice President Rick and MMFI Treasurer, Carmen Menard, pastor New Beginnings Christian Church in St. Johnsbury, VT. The Menards burn with a passion to see souls saved and added to the Kingdom of God, and to equip the Body of Christ for the ministry. They are part of an evangelistic and apostolic ministry reaching out to the world in prisons, schools, and many public venues. The Menards began serving MMFI as Northeast Regional Directors in September, 2009.

	Bill and Esther Emmons are the senior pastors of Life Christian Center in Johnstown, NY., and the founders of Prophetic Destiny Ministry. Prophet Bill Hamon called them "... strong prophets ... who will build the church prophetically...with the supernatural ...with revelation knowledge ...with the miracle" and not according to any established pattern or program of man.
